Job Description
Macayo's Restaurant Cook
Major responsibilities include:

Assure that proper food specs are followed

Follow all sanitation guidelines

Maintain knowledge of menu items/dishes

Work with all teammates to ensure memorable dining experience for all guests

Assure all plates meet Macayo's presentation standards

Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required

Experience with high volume food preparation preferred

Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Must have a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment

Able to work in a quick pace environment

Able to be on feet for prolonged periods of time
